Infinigy Solutions LLC, a leading telecommunications technical services company that delivers design-driven turnkey solutions to the wireless industry, has been acquired by a global technology company.

“This is a significant event in Infinigy’s growth strategy and long-term business plan,” said John Stevens, CEO of Infinigy, who continues in that position.

“Our relationship with the buyer will accelerate Infinigy’s expansion as an industry solution leader in services, engineering, DAS and small cell, and other new verticals, including government and the utility sector,” said Mr. Stevens, adding that “we are excited to partner with the buyer management team, which shares our vision of effectively meeting the growing technical demands of an array of business sectors.”

Joe Dean, Vice President of Sales/Principal at Infinigy adds, “Our partnership with the buyer enhances Infinigy’s ability to provide next generation technology to today’s end-users.” Mr. Dean also continues in his role with Infinigy.

“This new relationship with the buyer allows us to expand our role as a highly regarded and sought after provider of engineers and construction project managers for wireless carriers, telecommunications companies, public safety networks, telecommunication OEMs and cell tower owners,” said Mr. Stevens.
